2. Refund Policy: If, before or after the completion of your website, you decide that you no longer want or need it, we offer a refund of 50% of your initial deposit. The remaining 50% withheld will be used to cover the cost of domain name and hosting, as well as the time invested, resources utilized, maintenance, and support provided during the course of the website development.

3. Forfeiture of Rights: In addition to 2. above, if you request a refund, you forfeit all rights to the website and any personal resources you provided us with, including domain name, images, text, and other materials used in the development process.

4. Balance Payment: If you are unable to pay the balance of the 50% of the total cost, you will forfeit all rights to the website and any personal resources you provided us with during the course of the website development.

5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the website, including but not limited to design, content, trademarks, logos, and any other materials used, are owned by NamamuCorp unless otherwise specified. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Content: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or content. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement or responsibility for the content on these websites. We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of accessing these third-party websites.
