1.    Cancellation and Refunds

       If, before or after the completion of your website, you decide that you no longer want it or have determined that you do not need it, we offer a refund of 50% of your initial deposit only. The remaining 50% of the initial deposit withheld will be used to cover the expenses associated with the domain name registration, web hosting, time invested, resources utilized, maintenance, and support provided during the website development process.

2.    Forfeiture of Rights

        In the event of cancellation, you will forfeit all rights to the website and any personal resources you provided during the course of the website development. This includes but is not limited to the domain name, images, text, and any other resources entrusted to us during the website development process.

3.    Financial Obligation

        If you are unable to pay the balance of the 50% at the end of the website project, you will still forfeit all rights to the website and associated resources, as mentioned in section 2.

4.    Requesting a Refund

        To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@namamucorp.com to initiate the refund process.
  2. Provide the relevant details of your cancellation, including the reason for your decision.
  3. Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for the partial refund.

5.    Processing Time

       Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 3 days. The refunded amount will be issued through the payment method used for the initial deposit or we may request that you provide you preferred method to receive your refund.
